By a 2 t0 1 majority The Episcopal Church (TEC) House of Bishops voted to pass a resolution (already passed by the clergy and lay in the House of Deputies) which has contravened the Lambeth Conference moratoria on same sex blessings and ordination of practicing homosexuals.

FULCRUM provides a helpful summary of what it all means in which, as they call for a “proportionate response to this latest development,” there is a call for our own Anglican Church of Canada also to be held to account its complicity in it all and its:

similar disregard for the moratoria in a significant number of dioceses.
